- Becoming a Subscriber
In order to access the Services offered on the Platform, you must become a subscriber. The Resilience Box has both individual and corporate subscribers. Corporate subscribers are required to first enter into an agreement with us and provide us with the email addresses of their employees who will be using the Platform. We will then send a confirmation email to those employees who must register individually to become a subscriber. To become a subscriber you must: be at least 18 years of age; possess the legal right and ability to enter into a legally binding agreement with us; and complete your subscription details in the manner required on the Platform. You will be provided with a password which you must protect securely. You agree to ensure that your subscription details remain true and accurate at all times. You must notify us of any change to the subscription details as originally supplied..
- The Services
Where your employer has entered into a commercial arrangement with us to make the Platform available to its employees, your employer will be responsible for paying any subscription fees. Employers will be required to pay an annual subscription fee at the commencement of each 12 month employer subscription period. However, where that commercial arrangement comes to an end or you leave your employment, your right to use the Platform will end. Should you wish to do so, you may continue to use the Platform provided that you pay the subscription fees applicable to your use of the Platform. Please contact us for further details of the relevant subscription fees. If you wish to subscribe to The Resilience Box directly (rather than accessing the Platform as an employee at your workplace), you may do so upon payment of the relevant subscription fees. Please contact us for further details of the relevant subscription fees.
- Linked Sites

You must not misuse the Platform and, in particular, you must not: commit or encourage a criminal offence; transmit or distribute a virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or any other material which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into any aspect of the Service; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material, commonly referred to as "spam" or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed through the Platform. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence and The Resilience Box will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Platform or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any Linked Sites.
